Dr. Carolyn Rose-Smith is an accomplished, decorated military veteran, dynamic professional, and has her Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration, with a specialization in Homeland Security Policy and Coordination, and her Masters and Bachelors in Psychology. Along with being the founder of Dr. Rose Dissertation University, LLC, she is also the founder of Rose Professional Editing Service, LLC (website: roseprofessionaleditingservice.com). She is an academic and dissertation editor, coach, and mentor. Most of her time has been spent on editing and refining doctoral students’ dissertations and coaching and mentoring doctoral students.
